The Second Meeting of RCM Engineering Team Member Interviews

Today, the second meeting of interviews for new members of the RCM Engineering Team was held, giving participants the opportunity to showcase their skills and interests in various engineering fields. The meeting was distinguished by the presence of a number of applicants who showed great enthusiasm to join the team.
Experienced team members conducted the interviews, assessing the participants based on their engineering knowledge and discussing their future aspirations and how they can contribute to the team's projects. The participants expressed their eagerness to actively contribute to the team’s future activities.
During the meeting, an introductory presentation was given about the team's vision and future goals, along with the projects the team plans to work on in the coming period. The importance of collaboration and teamwork in achieving sustainable success in various engineering projects was also emphasized.
The applicants showed a strong desire to contribute to the development of these projects and help build the team’s reputation. The meeting was an excellent opportunity to identify new talents who will join the team in the near future.
